Registrations are now open and Round 1 will commence on 2 April 2022. As usual, keep an eye on our Facebook page for any updates / important information.

 

Registrations will occur via a new system called PlayHQ.  The below information will assist you with registration and as usual, if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

 

After reading all information, choose the link appropriate for the registering players age (based on what they are turning in 2022) you will be taken immediately to that registration. It’s quite easy, just follow the prompts. 

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

All registration fees must be paid upon registration using this system.

 

Any Active Kids Voucher, BCNA 2021 Covid Rebate Voucher or CNNC Covid Rebate Voucher you may be entitled to / using must be entered upon registration. Read below for further information, but please ensure you do this before jumping online to register.

 

WHAT FEES WILL YOU PAY?

As per previous years, there are two components to the fees you pay.  These fees remain the same as per the past couple of years and are listed in the table below for ease of reference:

 

Registration fee:  This is a combination of NetballNSW, NetballAUS, Bankstown city Association and Chipping Norton’s registration fees.

Season playing costs: (previously referred to as Player fees).  This is the fee CNNC charges to cover operating costs including: umpire fees, player insurance, Council charges for the hire and lighting costs for both training and playing courts, equipment (kit bags, game balls, bibs, first aid kits etc) and presentations costs):

BEFORE YOU REGISTER:

• If you are intending to use an Active Kids Voucher (AKV), go to Apply for an Active Kids voucher | Service NSW and download your voucher(s).

 

• RETURNING / FINANCIAL PLAYERS (i.e. 2021 players with registration fully paid):
   

  • Any returning, financial member, is entitled to a BCNA Covid Rebate, based on fees paid in 2021.  This rebate can only be used once and must be entered as a voucher number at checkout when you register.  Please contact chippo_netball@hotmail.com to obtain this code prior to beginning the registration process.

  • Any returning, financial member, is entitled to a CNNC Player Fee Rebate, based on fees paid in 2021.  This rebate can only be used once and must be entered as a voucher number at checkout when you register.  Please contact chippo_netball@hotmail.com to obtain this code prior to beginning the registration process.

 

TIME TO REGISTER:

1. First and foremost - remember to have your voucher numbers handy. 
    

2. Choose a link from the below, relating to the players age and begin the process:
    

REFERENCE THE TABLE ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE

 

1. Click "get started"
    

2. Click "Create an account"
    

3. Complete details as instructed (i.e. if needing to register your child, you will need to use your email and mobile number. Once registered, you then choose to add your dependant/family member etc as required).
    

4. Continue to complete questions, ensuring all are answered where need be (note player details will save as you move through the screens, should you exit before finalising, you simply have to answer the custom questions again when returning).
    

5. ‘Fees’ tab will show the total of registration fees only.  When accepting terms and conditions here, the following tab will include the additional ‘Season playing costs’.
    

6. ‘Product’ tab includes your additional ‘Season playing costs’.  Please click ‘Add to order’ to ensure this amount is added to the total for final payment. If you do not ‘Add to order’ here, you will be charged the registration fee ONLY.  The ‘Season playing costs’ will not be charged and you will need to be pay these separately prior to season start.
    

7. Click on the ‘ “I have a government voucher if entering an AKV sporting voucher number and enter details accordingly.
    

8. Click on ‘Voucher’ section if claiming a Bankstown Covid rebate voucher number provided (if applicable) or CNNC Covid rebate voucher (if applicable).
    

9. Complete remainder of details requested and finalise your payment.
